Lakeridge Pacers Youth Basketball recruits unpaid parent volunteers and coaches for 3rd, 4th and 5th grades.  Our goal is to hire paid coaches for grades 6th, 7th and 8th. Paid coaches receive a stipend for the season and are selected by the Lakeridge Pacers Youth Board and Lakeridge High School Varsity staff members. 

All coaches, whether volunteer or paid, must complete a coaching application, background check authorization, sign a contract/code of conduct and complete mandatory coach training.  All coach expenses related to required training are covered by Lakeridge Pacers Youth Basketball.

Once invited to coach with Lakeridge Pacers Youth Basketball, you will complete the following three forms and submit electronically to loytbadev@gmail.com.

STEP TWO
Once approved and hired, we will send you the required information for coaching certification.
All coaches are selected by Lakeridge Pacers Youth Basketball and Lakeridge High School Varsity coaches.
